Fulfillment Policy
At Sub Genius, we provide digital services designed to drive traffic and generate revenue for our clients. Our services are non-tangible and based on the performance and results delivered.
Service Delivery: Our services are considered fulfilled upon delivery of traffic to the client's website or platform. We track performance and revenue generated through this traffic, and charge a percentage of the client's gross revenue accordingly.
Payment Terms: Clients agree to pay a percentage of the gross revenue generated from the traffic we drive to their platform. The percentage and payment schedule will be outlined in the service agreement.
Contract Termination: Clients may cancel their contract with us at any time. Upon cancellation, any outstanding payments for traffic-driven revenue generated before the cancellation date must still be paid in full.
No Physical Goods: Since we do not sell physical products, there are no shipping or physical fulfillment terms. All services are digital, and results are tracked and reported digitally.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital services and performance-based fees, we do not offer refunds for services already rendered.
